Nest Protect 2.0

Compared to the competition, Nest Protect 2.0 is by far the best smoke and carbon monoxide detector on the market today. Whether it’s activating the convenient in-app “silence” feature when needed or its full integration with other smart devices, Nest’s second-generation smoke detector comes with all of the bells and whistles.

Snapmaker

Capable of printing items up to 125 x 125 x 125 mm in size at a resolution of 50-300 microns, the Snapmaker All-Metal 3-in-1 Printer uses Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology for its design creations. But this is not just an amazingly affordable 3D printer. The Snapmaker uses detachable modules to convert between a 3D printer, a CNC Carver, and a laser engraver.

Gravity

With 70% of Americans struggling to fall asleep at least one night a week, health technology company Gravity has designed a revolutionary weighted blanket to help fight insomnia. The Gravity blanket has the dual effect of naturally reducing stress and increasing relaxation while you’re reading in bed, curled up on the couch, or simply relaxing with a cup of tea.

ZEROi

I’ll start off being completely honest; the ZEROi bone conduction hat doesn’t seem great. While I don’t doubt that the product works, I don’t see why the average consumer would invest in a hat like this when they can get a good set of bluetooth headphones and a regular baseball cap for way less than the $129 asking price. No matter how good the technology is, the ZEROi will always be competing with the standard hat and headphones combo.

The Aurora Tiny House

The Aurora Tiny Home by ZeroSquared is designed to be an easy to move and simple to live in portable house. It’s a smaller choice for people looking for an option less grand in the ever difficult to enter housing market. I’ve found a lot to talk about when it comes to this big yet small house. I think the best place to start is with some of the features of the Aurora tiny house.

FoldiMate

I have never been someone who had time to care about ironing or folding my clothes. With how busy day-to-day life is it’s hard to make time for the little chores that are easy to ignore, and often times clothing goes from the drier right to being stuffed away. I know there are a lot of people out there who also work like this in their daily lives. That’s where a device like the FoldiMate tries to come in, trying to offer a way to simplify an already simple task and act as a time saver. Imagine clipping your dress shirt on a rack and having a machine spit it out professionally folded and scented in about 10 seconds.

goTenna Mesh

I’ve seen the GoTenna Mesh described as a walkie-talkie on steroids. The question I want to ask though is do people believe it lives up to that hype? Designed for a more off-the-grid style of usage, GoTenna Mesh uses smart protocols and radio waves to connect to fellow Mesh users up to three miles (4.8 km). The range can be boosted up to 2-3 times that distance if you relay your signal through others. This is one of the biggest features on offer, as the more people who use it the bigger the network can get in a given area.

Halfbike

I love bikes, they’re good exercise and they make for a cheap way to get around when you don’t want to worry about the general costs that are involved with a car. That’s why I feel picking one that fits you and will last a long time is important. Today I wanted to look at a more unique option out there on the market with the uniquely designed Halfbike.

Quadrofoil Q2

Equipped with advanced hydrofoil technology, the Q2 has a turning radius of 23 feet, or7 meters, and can reach speeds up to 24.85 mph, or 40 km/h. The main feature of the Q2 watercraft is its C-shaped hydrofoils. This addition allows users to enjoy an above-the-water flying experience at just over 6.5 knots.
